Refund Policy Overview
Refunds are only granted when a trader successfully passes the challenge. If a challenge is started and failed, no refunds are issued. Challenges are considered digital services and non-refundable once accessed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are exclusively available to traders who successfully complete their challenge and receive a funded account. This refund is processed as part of your first profit payout.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be issued for failed challenges, partially completed challenges, or challenges that have been accessed but not completed within the specified timeframe.
Digital Service Nature
Our challenges are considered digital services. Once you have accessed the challenge platform and begun trading, the service is considered delivered and becomes non-refundable except as specified above.
Refund Process
For eligible refunds, the challenge fee will be automatically deducted from your first profit withdrawal after successfully obtaining a funded account.
Processing Time
Eligible refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
